Welcome to NSSC Shooting Trips. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), booking a trip, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

NSSC Shooting Trips offers curated hunting experiences in various international locations. Services may include accommodation, guided hunts, meals, transportation, and logistics. Specific inclusions and exclusions are detailed in each trip’s itinerary and proposal.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due as indicated in the trip agreement.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Prices may vary based on group size, location, season, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • In the event of cancellation by NSSC (e.g. due to force majeure or logistical issues), we will attempt to reschedule or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

 

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • Guests must comply with local hunting laws and regulations.

  • It is your responsibility to secure necessary permits, travel documents, and firearm clearances.

  • NSSC is not responsible for issues related to travel delays, customs, airline policies, or failure to obtain permits.

  • Safety instructions given by guides and staff must be followed at all times.

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • NSSC Shooting Trips acts as a coordinator between guests and third-party providers (lodges, airlines, guides, etc.). We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by any third party.

  • Participation in hunting trips involves inherent risks. By joining a trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • NSSC is not liable for injuries or losses incurred during the trip or related travel.

 

6. Use of Personal Information

  • We collect and store personal data only for the purpose of booking and operating trips.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties except where required for trip logistics or legal compliance.

  • By using our site or services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trip descriptions, is the property of NSSC Shooting Trips and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

8. Modifications
